Identity and account research
Pivot between Username, Email, Phone, People and Picture Search types when lawful enquiries reveal another identifier.
Bring public-information research, integrated data sources and retained Case work into one professional OSINT platform. UserSearch helps agencies organise searches, document selected findings and support evidence-led investigation workflows.
UserSearch is designed for professional OSINT work, including law-enforcement use. Contact the UserSearch team to discuss current official-agency account options and verification requirements.
The platform brings 17 Search types, integrated data-source access, Cases and Forensic Mode into one professional search workspace.
Pivot between Username, Email, Phone, People and Picture Search types when lawful enquiries reveal another identifier.
Use Corporate, Website Forensics, Cyber and Threat Intelligence Modules to examine organisations and online infrastructure.
Use Forensic Mode to retain search history in the selected Case, bookmark useful results and prepare a report for review.
Team accounts can use shared Cases and one common Credit pool controlled by the team leader.
UserSearch results are investigative leads. Data may be incomplete, stale or relate to another person, and third-party Match Accuracy is not proof of identity. Preserve source attribution and corroborate material findings with independent evidence under your agency’s own lawful authority and procedures.
It's your choice. Forensic Mode saves your search history to the Case you're working in; Private mode keeps none of it.
Just talk to us directly — email [email protected] and we'll confirm any certification, audit, retention, deployment or compliance detail you need before you rely on it.
Not fully yet — a customer-facing API, webhooks, connectors and SSO aren't part of the documented setup. If you have a specific integration in mind, get in touch and we'll tell you where things stand.
Everyone on the team shares Cases and a single Credit pool that the team lead manages — so your people work from the same evidence and the same balance.
No — think of them as investigative leads to corroborate. Any third-party match-accuracy figure is a confidence signal, not proof that someone is who they appear to be.
