Who can become a UserSearch affiliate?
Anyone with an audience that would use professional research tools: trainers, educators, content creators, community leads, consultants and agencies. Sign up takes a couple of minutes.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. The programme is free to join and there is no minimum you have to sell.
Do I have to talk to you before I sign up?
No. If you have no questions, sign up on the affiliate sign-up page and get started. If you would like to ask us something first, register your interest through the contact form and we will come back to you.
What do I earn commission on?
20% of eligible subscription fees and Credit purchases made by customers you refer. See the programme terms for the earning period and eligibility details.
How do I know a referral is mine?
You get a personal referral link. Visits, sign-ups and purchases that come through it are attributed to you and shown in your own dashboard.
How long does a referral last?
60 days from the click on your link. The customer must make their first eligible paid purchase within that referral window, subject to the programme terms.
When do I see my commission?
Your dashboard shows commission in real time, alongside visits and sign-ups. Commission shown in your dashboard may still be pending; payment availability is explained below.
How am I paid?
By PayPal or bank transfer once your available commission reaches $100. Commission becomes available 121 days after each eligible customer transaction, subject to refunds, any required identity verification and programme checks.
What happens if a customer receives a refund?
Commission on a refunded transaction is cancelled. Partial refunds reduce commission proportionately. If the commission has already been paid, the corresponding amount may be deducted from future payouts.
Can you require ID or refuse participation?
Yes. We may require identity verification and confirmation of payment-account ownership before payment. We may refuse applications, suspend or terminate participation, and hold payments while investigating reasonable suspicions of fraud, unlawful activity or programme abuse. Commission attributable to fraudulent, abusive or otherwise ineligible transactions may be refused or reversed.
Can I use my own link to subscribe?
No. Self-referrals are not eligible for commission. Your link is for the people you introduce to UserSearch.
