Affiliate Programme Terms

1. Participation and referrals

These terms govern participation in the UserSearch Affiliate Programme. “We”, “us” and “our” mean the UserSearch operator identified in our Terms of Service. The programme is free to join. You must provide accurate account and payment information and keep it up to date.

Use your personal referral link. The referral window lasts 60 days from the customer’s click: their first eligible paid purchase must occur within that window and be attributed to you. Self-referrals and fraudulent or artificially generated referrals are not eligible.

2. Commission and the 3-month earning period

You earn 20% commission on eligible subscription fees and Credit purchases paid by each referred customer during their first 3 calendar months, starting with their first paid purchase. Subscription renewals qualify only when paid within that period. Later payments do not earn commission.

The earning period applies separately to each customer and ends immediately before the corresponding date and time 3 calendar months after their first paid purchase. If that date does not exist in the final month, the last day of that month applies. Renewals, additional Credit purchases or a new referral click do not restart the period.

Commission is based on the eligible subscription or Credit amount actually paid. Earnings examples illustrate eligible transactions; actual earnings depend on qualifying referrals.

3. Payment availability

Commission becomes available for payout 121 days after the underlying customer transaction, subject to refunds, any required identity verification and eligibility under these terms. This waiting period applies separately to each transaction. Commission shown in your dashboard is not necessarily available for payout.

Payouts are made by PayPal or bank transfer once your available commission reaches the $100 minimum payout threshold. The 3-month earning period and the 121-day payment hold are separate: eligible commission can become payable after the earning period ends. Reaching the end of the earning period does not itself cancel that commission.

4. Customer refunds

Refunded customer transactions do not qualify for commission. Any commission credited for a fully refunded transaction will be cancelled. For partial refunds, commission will be reduced proportionately.

If the commission has already been paid, the corresponding amount may be deducted from future payouts. This applies even if the refund occurs after the 121-day waiting period. These affiliate payment rules do not change a customer’s refund rights.

5. Identity and payment verification

We may require identity verification and confirmation of payment-account ownership before releasing a payment. Payments may be held until the requested verification is satisfactorily completed. False or misleading information, or refusal to complete reasonable checks, may result in suspension or termination of participation.

Verification requests will be limited to information reasonably necessary for those checks. Information provided for verification is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Promotion, suspected abuse and refusal

Promote UserSearch accurately and lawfully. Do not use spam, misleading claims, impersonation or paid-search advertising on the UserSearch brand name. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in relevant promotions and follow applicable advertising rules. You must not present yourself as authorised to make commitments on our behalf.

We reserve the right to refuse applications, suspend or terminate participation, and withhold payments while investigating reasonable suspicions of fraud, unlawful activity, misleading promotion, self-referrals or other programme abuse. We may refuse or reverse commission attributable to fraudulent, abusive or otherwise ineligible transactions.

A payment hold for investigation is not, by itself, a cancellation of legitimately earned commission. Commission that remains eligible is subject to the payment and verification requirements above.

7. Leaving, changes and questions

You may stop promoting UserSearch at any time. If participation ends, commission already earned remains subject to these terms, including the waiting period, minimum payout, refunds and verification requirements.

We may update the programme or these terms, with reasonable advance notice of material changes. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove commission already earned under the terms that applied to it.
