Cryptocurrency modules & options

The Cryptocurrency search type exposes two Modules in the captured build: Address Lookup and Websites by Address. Both are single-purpose Modules — this search type does not offer OneScan. For the composer flow that surrounds these Modules, see Cryptocurrency search: overview.

Address Lookup

Address Lookup is the lead Module and is pre-selected when you open the Cryptocurrency search type. Its tile is drawn with a coral-orange highlighted border and carries a help (?) icon and a film/video (tutorial) icon.

• Description panel: “Look up a cryptocurrency wallet address. Returns transaction history, balance, and associated metadata.”
• Input: a field labelled Wallet Address with the placeholder e.g. 0xd8dA6BF26964aF9D7eEd9e03E53415D37aA96045. The Ethereum-style 0x hex placeholder indicates the Module accepts EVM / crypto wallet addresses.
• Cost: the line beneath the input reads “Cost per search: Free” — the Module consumes no Credits per search.

Websites by Address

Websites by Address switches the active Module and changes the input/description below when selected. Its tile carries a help (?) icon.

• Purpose: finds websites associated with a wallet address — a pivot from an address to the sites that reference or accept it.

Caution

The Websites by Address Module’s own description panel, its input format, and its Cost per search value were not captured in the reference build — the composer state after selecting it is not among the source screenshots. Confirm the input and the Cost per search line shown on-screen before running this Module. Its input is expected to be a wallet address but was not directly observed.

The data source behind each Module

Caution

The specific data source (the integrated third party) behind Address Lookup and Websites by Address was not named in the reference material. Because no data source was captured, none is asserted here and there is no /integrations/ data-source page to link for this search type. OneScan and per-search options

Caution

In the captured build the Cryptocurrency search type shows no OneScan Module, no Choose Data Source configuration modal, and no per-search filters or entity-type tabs. The two Modules above run on their own, each against a single (uncaptured) data source. This differs from search types such as Username Intelligence or Public Leaks, where OneScan and a Choose Data Source modal are available. Note

The Bitcoin entity-type tab you may have seen belongs to the Public Leaks search type’s entity-type tab strip, not to the Cryptocurrency search type. They are separate features; do not conflate them.

Per-tile controls

Both Module tiles carry a help (?) icon that opens Module-specific help, and the Address Lookup tile additionally carries a film/video icon (a tutorial affordance).

Caution

The content shown by the per-tile ? help icon and the destination of the Address Lookup film/video icon were not captured. Their exact contents are not asserted here.
